The Norfolk Community College Project is recruiting!

Future Projects are looking to recruit a highly motivated, compassionate and person-centred to join its Building Better Opportunities programmes, the Norfolk Community College project. The Norfolk Community College project is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

Our project works with local communities so that adults who are furthest away from the labour market can overcome barriers preventing their involvement in further education, training and employment. This programme aims to make positive contribution to New Anglia LEPs objective to promote social inclusion and combat poverty. To support delivery of the project we are now recruiting for the following positions:

Employment Development Worker  -East Norfolk (1 full-time post)

Hours: 37hrs per week.

Salary: £22,145

The Employment Development Worker will work with a range of vulnerable people who face more complicated life challenges, undertaking effective support planning and providing advice, advocacy and practical help. They will guide people to overcome barriers to training, building their confidence to join community groups and network.
