Active Norfolk – Helping you Stay Active

Being as active as you can at home is important to keep you healthy and resilient to coronavirus.

With a wide range of activities from yoga and pilates to football and netball skills, family dance sessions, and chair-based exercise, there’s plenty to choose from for every age and ability – and you’re not limited to classes taking place near where you live.

While some outdoor sports like tennis and canoeing have been able to resume, many face-to-face activities are still unable to take place, so joining in an online session is a great way to keep active, feel connected, and support your mental wellbeing.
